Our philosophy is very simple: to build on the great heritage of Scandinavian design and marry it with exquisite artisanal craftmanship.

We do so by collaborating with some of the leading designers in Scandinavia.

Scandinavian design is known for its simplicity, functionality, timelessness and connection to nature.  

Cement tiles and Zellige embody this spirit. The tactility of the tiles creates a sense of authenticity and human presence; it invites you to run your hand across the surface, follow the grout lines and experience the variations – rather than simply observing the surface visually

Craft and quality belong together. A truly beautiful object is not only well designed; it is thoughtfully made. In a time when much of our lives is shaped by technology and automation, we believe the human touch matters more than ever. There is something profoundly reassuring in knowing that a surface has been shaped by skilled hands, guided by experience and care.

Ever since we started Marrakech Design back in 2006 our journey has been shaped by curiosity — a desire to explore how handcrafted materials can continue to find relevance in contemporary spaces. That curiosity remains at the heart of everything we do.

Our vision is not to follow trends, but to continue refining what we already believe in: timeless design, genuine craftsmanship and long-term partnerships. We want to keep building relationships with designers, architects, interior decorators, producers and clients, who share our appreciation for authenticity and thoughtful creation.
