Since we’re not able to keep stock of all patterns we offer you to custom order instead.
Your order is manufactured by demand and will be included and shipped in a container along with our stock-tiles to our warehouse in Gothenburg, Sweden. Please note that we ask for a deposit before manufacture. Lead time depends but in general 10-16 weeks. Your order needs to be at least 10 sqm per pattern and colour. In some cases your order will be shipped individually, if so additional cost for transport is added.

Care instructions
One of the benefits with cement tiles is that will become more beautiful with time and therefore is it of importance to maintain the tiles. We recommend to clean the tiles regularly with neutral soap or Natural Stone & Porcelain aftercare cleaner (which can be purchased from us). We advise against products that contains blech or acids.
Please note; even tiles that is sealed are sensitive to different kinds of acids. Coffee, citrus fruits
and vinegar are examples of what can cause stains to the tiles if not cleaned promptly.

Care instructions for Marrakech tiles
Impregnate the tiles before and after grouting, and top up the protection as needed (about once a year or when the surface feels unprotected).
Clean with mild, pH-neutral soap/detergent and wipe up spills immediately.
Avoid acids and strong agents such as vinegar, lemon, grout cleaner, bleach and hair dye – they can cause permanent stains.
